After a marvelous night at La Mexicana on New Years Eve, we’re greatly looking forward to returning for their Valentine’s Party Sat. night, Feb. 11! We’re at least calling it a Valentines Party, to help the evening feel more festive; but La Mex’s low prices will remain the same as always, and you’re warmly invited to come whether or not with a spouse or date. Please treat yourself to a fun evening and come and join us – we’d love to see you!!

We begin at 8:30, and will play at least till Midnight, probably beyond. And we’ll be joined as always by our fabulous Filterettes! (A $5.00 cover charge is added to the bill per person, as usual for La Mex's band nights. But their food is so reasonably priced – and good! – that you'll still find the evening quite a bargain!)

One of Montgomery County's most popular Mexican restaurants, La Mexicana is located in the Germantown Commons Shopping Center, 13016 Middlebrook Road, Germantown, 20704. There's abundant free parking. La Mex has become a popular spot for local bands, and is a wonderfully friendly place with great food. We've had super evenings there many times this past year, and are really looking forward to Feb. 11!

(Note: Middlebrook Restaurant, where we've long played frequently, has just closed after 31 years, and we wish Marsha Urbany, the longtime owner and manager, the very best in her retirement! We are currently negotiating other gigs to replace the ones we had scheduled there.)
